Description
Zopiclone is recommended for the short-term treatment of insomnia. Generally, the treatment period shouldn’t be longer than 2-4 weeks. Your body can get used to it very quickly, and after this time it is unlikely to have the same effect. Also, your body can become dependent on it. That is why Zopiclone is recommended for the short-term treatment of transient, situational and chronic insomnia characterized by difficulty in falling asleep, frequent nocturnal awakenings and early morning awakenings.
Contraindications
We recommend you to first consult your doctor in the following cases:
If you are allergic to Zopiclone or any other ingredients present in the tablets;
If you have depression or a personality disorder;
If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant;
If you are a nursing mother;
If you have a breathing disorder, such as asthma, sleep apnoea, or emphysema;
If you have a history of alcohol or substance abuse;
If you have impaired liver or kidney function due to a medical condition;
If you have Myasthenia Gravis (a disease characterized by muscle weakness);
If you are an elderly individual.
